1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the StockRomeo platform (www.stockromeo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. KYC Requirement

All investors must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making any investment. KYC documents include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Selfie, and Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque. Investments will only be activated after successful KYC verification.

3. Investment Applications

All investment applications are subject to review and approval by StockRomeo. We reserve the right to accept or reject any investment application at our sole discretion. Investment agreements are executed only after payment verification and admin approval.

4. Monthly Returns Plan

The Monthly Returns Plan provides returns as per the mutually signed agreement and applicable SEBI regulations. No fixed or guaranteed returns are promised. The exact terms, duration, and payout schedule are documented in the Investment Agreement signed by both parties. Monthly payouts are credited to the investor's wallet subject to agreement terms.

5. Professional Account Handling (Profit Sharing)

The Professional Account Handling service operates on a 50:50 profit-sharing basis between the investor and StockRomeo. Returns depend entirely on actual investment performance. No fixed, assured, or guaranteed returns are promised as per SEBI regulations. Risk and profit are shared according to the signed agreement.

6. Withdrawal & Lock-in

Early withdrawal, lock-in periods, and settlement terms are governed by the signed Investment Agreement. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours after approval. OTP verification is required for all withdrawal transactions.

7. Security/Post-Dated Cheque

Investments of ₹1,00,000 or above may qualify for a security/post-dated cheque where legally permissible and mutually agreed. This is provided as an additional security measure and is documented in the Investment Agreement.

8. Taxation

Investors are responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings, including income tax and any other statutory levies. StockRomeo does not provide tax advice. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

9. Compliance & Rejection

StockRomeo reserves the right to reject or suspend applications that fail KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), fraud prevention, or compliance checks. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies as required by law.

10. Privacy

Client information will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

StockRomeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount invested by the user, subject to the terms of the signed agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Amendments

StockRomeo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
