Refund Policy

1. Pre-Investment Refunds

If a deposit has been made but the investment has not yet been activated (pending admin approval), you may request a full refund of the deposited amount. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Active Investment Withdrawals

Once an investment is active, withdrawal of the principal amount is governed by the signed Investment Agreement. Terms including lock-in period, early withdrawal penalties (if any), and settlement timelines are specified in your agreement.

3. Wallet Balance Withdrawal

Funds in your StockRomeo wallet (including interest credits and profit shares) can be withdrawn at any time subject to OTP verification and admin approval. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

4. Rejected Applications

If your investment application is rejected for any reason (KYC failure, compliance issues, etc.), any deposited funds will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Processing Time

Refund/withdrawal processing times: UPI withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) are processed within 24-48 hours. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time.

6. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will investigate and resolve the dispute in accordance with applicable laws and our internal procedures.
